Refund Policy
- No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
- You agree that once you complete a payment, you won’t be able to file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
- We’ll keep you from our site if you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit.
- Orders placed in iBurrak will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.
- Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each order before placing it.
- Change of Mind: Payment is not refunded if a client decides to discontinue the service for reasons other than those related to service issues or technical problems.
- Partial Work: If work has already commenced or been partially completed and the client decides to cancel, payment will be not refunded.
